Seasonal Affect Disorder and the Phillips Wake Up Light Alarm Clock
Short days. Long nights. Endless weeks of rain. Times like these in the Pacific NW, I yearn for the next flight to southern California.
On top of that, I have been attending kickboxing classes in the late evening and normally start work early. This has resulted in disruption to my regular sleep schedule.
Fortunately, I have been approved to work from home twice a month and am looking forward to arrange my home to be more work friendly and a work space designated for long hours in front of the computer.
I am still strategizing ways to sleep better, and eat more healthy. Being that it is December, I am definitely guilty on the latter.
On my next post, I will do a review on the Phillips Wake Up Light Alarm Clock that I purchased for my birthday in the fall.
The device wakes up with gradual increase of light simulating sunrise and alarm sound is replaced with birds chirping. It also comes with an FM radio.
More details later.
